Go to manage apps and device. go to manage up top next screen. I'm on a samsung galaxy s7, and the only solution that has worked for me is to force stop the app, both of them. The easiest way to fix an app that keeps crashing on your android smartphone is to simply force stop it and open it again.
Close All Apps But The Active One.

You Should Be Able To Uninstall It.
Uninstall all updates from the app and set back to factory settings (for the app). That fixed my issue with the non stop, every 2 second pop up of: Go to settings and select apps.
Check For Low Storage And Ram.
